MECHANICAL
PRE-TRIP

Origin facilities require Mechanical Pre-Trip prior to loading. A detailed railcar inspection is performed to identify exceptions and make repairs which ensures the railcar is safe for loading. This eliminates unnecessary bad orders which in turn keeps the railcars circulating. We perform Mechanical Pre-Trip at 10 locations throughout the country.

BELOW DECK INSPECTIONS & REPAIRS

Our team is trained to perform comprehensive inspections to identify and make repairs prior to train departure. This reduces train delays and potential hazards in transit.

RACK INSPECTIONS

We have 20+ Rack Inspectors in our network. Our certified Rack Inspectors are provided with an inspection kit which includes stencils, inspection criteria guidance and all necessary tools to complete rack inspection and updates.

SPECIAL PROJECTS

Beyond the normal scope of mechanical functions, our versatility allows us to accommodate requests to perform special projects related to railcar repairs, modifications and fleet maintenance.

WELDING CERTIFICATION AWS 15.1

In accordance to AAR specs, we have numerous qualified welders throughout our network that hold the AWS 15.1 certification.
